Lipodissolve

Lipodissolve is a safe alternative to liposuction.  The procedure involves injecting a combination of medications directly into those unwanted pockets of fat.  The medications cause the fat cell membrane and the fat within the cell to dissolve.  They are turned into metabolites that are cleared from the body by your own biologic “disposal” system.  The results are quite satisfying; inches can be lost form the belly area, saddle bags, thighs, buttocks, bra roll or love handles, often, in as little as 3 treatments.  Great results are frequently seen with double chins with only 1 treatment.  On the day of the procedure you can expect many small injections of the medications into the area of most concern.  The size of the area able to be done in one session is measured by two 15cm X15cm squares (generally the area encompassed by your two hands with your fingers spread apart).   There is immediate inflammation, redness, swelling and discomfort.  These symptoms peak over the first 2-4 days and are generally gone by 7-14 days.  The peak of the fat loss can be seen between 8 and 12 weeks after the treatment at which time the procedure can be repeated for maximal results.  Lipodissolve is a minimally invasive solution to those unwanted pockets of fat that no amount of dieting or exercise can get rid of for you.
